Shirlee Engel
Presentation Overview:
In this session, video and visibility coach Shirlee Engel walks you through a simple, practical system for organizing your social media content in Google Drive so nothing gets lost, duplicated, or buried in random folders.
You’ll learn how to structure your workflow from idea to posted using a streamlined Content HQ dashboard, how to build and organize your Google Drive for reusable assets, and how to connect everything through smart linking so each piece of content lives in one clear place.
The major takeaway: when your files are organized around your workflow, you reduce friction, create more consistently, and stop wasting time searching for content you’ve already made.
Action Steps:
1. Download your Content HQ spreadsheet from the link provided.
2. Create one main “Content” folder in Google Drive and move the spreadsheet into it.
3. Inside that folder, create subfolders for Story Bank, B-Roll Bank, Scripts, Rough Cuts, and Final Videos.
4. Add your first few pieces of content to the sheet and assign each a clear status.
5. Link the relevant Drive files directly inside the sheet so every piece of content connects in one place.
The goal is simple: one organized folder, one clear dashboard, no more hunting for files.
